ZHENG Xiaobao

Associate professor of dance department of Guangdong dance drama Career Academy. He studied Ballet performance major in Beijing Dance School since he was 12 years old. After graduation he served as a ballet performer in the Central Opera House. In 1984, he was admitted to the 1st class of ballet speciality in Beijing Dance Academy. After graduation he served as a ballet teacher in Guangdong Dance School. As a key teacher, he actively promoted the establishment of the first ballet performance major and the national standard dance performance major in Guangdong. His students have won the prize in the National Youth "taoli cup" dance competition and other national or Guangdong competitions. After graduation, the students were admitted to the Beijing Dance Academy, Communication University of China and other colleges and universities, or they entered the Guangzhou Ballet, the Guangdong modern dance group, and the Guangdong singing and dancing theatre as actors and actresses.
